We take pride in our packaging for orders that need special care.

Guitars:

All of our guitars are detuned before being professionally packaged and shipped with UPS.

45"x18"x6" shipping box for most guitars and cases.
52"x18"x7" shipping box for larger acoustic guitars and cases.
ALL GUITARS SHIP AT A FLAT RATE OF $150 WHICH IS AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT SHIPPING.

Vinyl:

All of our vinyl orders ship in a 12.5"x12.5"x2.5" record shipping box.

Local Pickup Policy

Purchasing a guitar online can be disconcerting for some. If you are located within driving distance of our private music studio, you are more than welcome to demo your guitar and make the decision to purchase in person. Previous buyers have chosen this route before and are left feeling satisfied about their decision. Please reach out to us through our 'Contact' page below to make arrangements for a demo/local pickup.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all products that we sell are sold as-is, meaning that we do not accept returns. In the event that we've made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item, please reach out to us through our website or other social media platform and we'll send you the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Refund Policy

All of our orders are shipped with ground services through USPS, FedEx or UPS. For high value items like guitars, we will require a signature upon delivery. In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will do our best to work with the shipping carriers on your behalf to file a claim and find a resolution. If your order warrants a refund after a claim has been filed, we will refund you for the lost or damaged item/order.
